Job Overview We are seeking friendly and reliable Kitchen Staff to join our family-owned distillery bar and kitchen. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food, washing dishes, and opening and closing the kitchen to ensure smooth daily operations. The distillery is open Wednesday through Friday evenings, as well as Saturdays and Sundays. Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently to maintain cleanliness. Assist with opening procedures, including setting up the kitchen for service. Help with closing duties, including cleaning and organizing the kitchen area. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Support team members as needed to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Strong attention to cleanliness and safety standards. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Friendly attitude with good communication skills. Minimum Age of 16 required.

Pay:

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 25.0 per week
