Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and safety Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and swiftly Manage customer transactions at the cash register, including processing cash, credit card payments, and handling refunds or exchanges Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including kitchen areas, dining spaces, and food prep stations in compliance with sanitation standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to ensure timely food production Assist in food handling procedures to uphold food safety management practices and sanitation regulations Skills Proven experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or fast-food environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods Basic math skills for retail sales transactions, cash handling, and kitchen inventory management Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean workspace Embark on a rewarding journey in the food industry where your energy makes a difference!
