What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming guests and checking IDs at the door Keeping an eye on the crowd and helping de-escalate situations Calmly removing guests who are too intoxicated, causing problems, or making staff uncomfortable Communicating clearly with other security and management over walkies Picking up glassware, taking out trash, and assisting with close-down Watching for damage to the space and keeping it looking sharp Most importantly: helping people feel safe and welcome
