Service is the core of what we do here at Mennonite Village Come be part of a mission-driven organization serving older adults with dignity and respect Supportive team environment with opportunities for training and development Fulfilling work the directly supports resident health and well-being What You'll Do As a Utility Worker at Mennonite Village, you will assist in the dining department by washing and prepping ingredients, cleaning and sanitizing dishes and utensils as well as ensuring that kitchen areas are cleared and prepped for the next meal order. Your dedication to excellence will be key in creating a positive dining experience for all.
Key responsibilities include:
Assist in the preparation of food in accordance with policies, procedures, and all food safety regulations. Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dishwasher. Maintain appropriate stock levels of clean dishware. Deep cleaning heavy equipment and department. Requirements:
Have or obtain a Food Handlers Card withing 30 days of employment. Be 16 years of age or older Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work a consistent schedule and maintain regular attendance
