Responsibilities - creating swirls of joy: Greet and serve guests while providing a positive experience that leaves them craving more. Prepare and bake our iconic cinnamon rolls, ensuring every batch is fresh, warm, and oh-so-gooey. Maintain a clean, organized and inviting bakery environment, meeting the highest standards of quality and food safety. Assist guests in selecting the perfect Cinnabon products and offering recommendations. Operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency. Support fellow team members in creating a positive and collaborative work atmosphere. Stay up-to-date on Cinnabon promotions and product offerings to keep our guests informed and excited.

Qualifications:

Must be 16 years of age or older. Must have reliable transportation. Be committed to consistently fulfilling scheduled shifts. Interested in long term employment (not just seasonal). Food service experience is not required - we will teach you everything you need to know! We are your locally owned Cinnabon franchisee! We operate two Cinnabons located at Clackamas Town Center and Washington Square Mall. Our mission statement is \Leave Your Mark\ and we aim to leave our mark with both our guests and our employees.
