É COOK Southern Cross Kitchen & Conshy Girls Restaurant Group Conshohocken, PA Southern Cross Kitchen is looking for an experienced Grill and/or Sauté Cook to join our high-energy, high-volume kitchen team. We are a busy Southern-inspired restaurant with a growing catering operation , and we're looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, thrives under pressure, and wants to grow with a team that cares about quality, consistency, and execution.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2-4+ years of professional kitchen experience Strong experience on Grill and/or Sauté Proven ability to perform in a high-volume restaurant environment Catering and banquet experience is a plus — both on-site and off-site Strong prep and knife skills Excellent organization and time management during service Ability to maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized station Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude Ability to communicate effectively with the kitchen team Someone who takes pride in their food and wants to continue developing their skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute any Line Position quickly, accurately, and consistently Maintain quality and presentation standards throughout service Complete daily prep and assist with catering production Follow recipes, portion standards, plating specifications, and kitchen systems Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked station Communicate effectively with the Sous Chef, Executive Chef, and entire kitchen team Assist other stations when needed Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures Help maintain a positive, professional kitchen environment

WHAT WE OFFER

SCHEDULE

Flexible availability required, including nights and weekends.
