Job Description

Kitchen Lead/Supervisor A 'hands on' role with kitchen production at all times, must have ability to follow recipes, oversee inventory, place all pertinent kitchen orders, maintain rotation, schedule kitchen staff according to kitchen needs and give kitchen directives as per Altomontes guidelines of consistency and freshness. Approximately 40 to 45 hours a week depending on seasonal busy times. Includes weekends. No late nights!!!
