We are known throughout Erie for our great customer service and fabulous food! We are hiring a Part Time Front Counter Person (20-25 hours/week)

SHIFTS:

3/4 week day + weekends. Days & Night shifts available Shifts may include: Day shift (Opening): 9:30am

• 4pm, 9:30am-3:00p

Night Shifts:

3:45-8:30pm, 3pm-Close (10:30pm), 4:30 pm

• Close (10:30pm) $10/hour to start + Tips are available after your 30-day training period is completed.

Requirements to be considered:

• Min of 22 years of age
• 2 years RECENT work experience in the bar & the food industry
• Ability to pour draft beer
• Experience with using a POS and cash register system for customer transactions
• Basic Math Skills
• MUST have proper personal hygiene and clean appearance while on shift.
• Ability to make eye contact, greet and speak to customers with a smile!
• Great & Honest work ethic! Ability to work alongside management and other staff members
• Good Time Management skills. Ability to be to show up on time for your shift!
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with lots of crowd noise & music

• Understanding and following of food safety regulations and their importance in the restaurant industries.
• Must be able to handle pressure during busy times while maintaining a good attitude with customers

Job Responsibilities:

• Interacting with Customers, Taking food orders and ringing up customers on a POS/cash system
• Pouring craft draft beers from a draft system
• Cash Drawer handling/Counting the cash drawers
• Cleaning & maintaining the front counter, dining room areas, behind the counter and 2 bathrooms
• Washing dishes & wiping down tables
• Restocking the front counter items (chip, water cups, paper goods, wrapping silverware)
• This position has some Kitchen food prepping included as well.
• Restocking the pop coolers
• Ability to carry a tray of food to our customer's table
• Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure smooth operations & correct food orders for customers
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
• Great skills at interacting with customers in a friendly manner at all times
• Lift up to 30lb
• Ability to Stand 6 to 7 hours for your shift

SPECIAL NOTES!

All employees are required to take and pass a 3 hour online RAMP certification class. Applicants may also fill out an application in-person at 847 Pittsburgh Ave 11am-4pm.
