Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Sweep or scrub floors
• Stock supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
• Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas by hand or using hand trucks
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality setting preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Skills:

• Food handling: Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures

• Bussing:

  Experience clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests

• Hospitality:

  Understanding of providing excellent customer service in a hospitality setting

• Communication:

  Effective verbal communication skills to interact with team members and customers
