What You'll Do Food preparation (cutting deli meats, cheeses, prepping ingredients) Bread production and kitchen prep tasks Dishwashing and maintaining a clean kitchen Organizing prep areas and keeping the kitchen running smoothly Supporting the team during busy hours This role is the backbone of the kitchen. The better the prep work, the better the sandwiches we serve.
