Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will assist in various kitchen operations, ensuring that food is prepared safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in food handling and storage, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and bussing tables. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service. Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to coordinate orders and special requests. Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with their meals. Requirements Previous experience in a hospitality or culinary environment is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to effectively work within a team setting. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for food service and a willingness to learn new skills in the kitchen. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
