Duties Prepare and assemble a variety of fresh sandwiches and salads according to company standards and customer preferences Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales, accepting payments, and managing cash register operations Handle customer orders efficiently while upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including food prep areas, dining space, and kitchen equipment Ensure food safety standards are consistently met by following proper handling procedures and sanitation protocols Restock supplies, ingredients, and packaging materials to keep the station well-equipped for service Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting overall restaurant sanitation efforts Skills Proven experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or fast food environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy hours without compromising quality or service Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes guests feel valued and appreciated Experience operating kitchen equipment like ovens, slicers, or fryers is a plus but not required; training will be provided Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting Embark on an exciting journey with us where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
