This part-time position (one hour daily) offers a friendly and supportive environment, allowing you to engage with students while contributing to their overall well-being. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve breakfast items in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in setting up and cleaning the breakfast area before and after service.
- Ensure that all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly stored.
- Monitor students during breakfast to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
- Assist students with their meal choices and promote healthy eating habits.
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a smooth breakfast service.
- Report any issues or concerns regarding food quality or student behavior to the appropriate personnel.
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food service or working with children is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Must be able to lift and carry food items and equipment as needed.
