Full Job Description Duties:

Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and established standards: ability to read and scale recipes is a must. Measure and mix ingredients, knead dough, and shape dough into desired forms. Monitor baking process to ensure products are cooked to perfection. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment and thrive in a small kitchen space. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of pastries.

Experience:

2+ experience working in a pastry production is required. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in pastry preparation. Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines. Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special requests.
