On top of the normal hourly pay, all working employees share and take home the tips each night. Typically making the job itself pay a few more bucks an hour. Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently according to established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems (Toast) for accurate order processing and cash handling Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations Assist with food delivery to tables or counters, bussing tables, and managing food waste responsibly Manage cash registers accurately, handle transactions swiftly, and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed Support kitchen operations by stocking supplies, organizing ingredients, and assisting with basic food prep tasks Experience Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
