Duties Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating to meet quality standards Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, equipment, and utensils through regular cleaning and sanitizing Support food handling procedures in compliance with safety regulations Buss tables and clear dishes promptly to ensure a clean dining environment Perform heavy lifting tasks safely during inventory restocking or equipment setup Follow safe lifting practices when moving supplies or equipment to prevent injuries Provide food running and serving support during busy service periods Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and payments Uphold food safety standards by adhering to proper storage, handling, and sanitation protocols Assist with banquet setups and catering events as needed Support guest services by providing friendly in-person customer service and addressing inquiries Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments with a focus on food handling and preparation Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in culinary settings Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with safe lifting practices Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred Familiarity with banquet service or large-scale event support is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Join us and bring your passion for hospitality to life!
