Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality. Assist in menu planning by providing input on dish presentation and ingredient selection. Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and portioning to minimize waste. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours while maintaining high standards of food preparation. Support catering events by preparing large quantities of dishes with precision and efficiency. Follow all kitchen safety procedures, including knife skills and proper equipment use, to prevent accidents. Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a related role within a restaurant or food industry setting. Strong knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Prior experience in fine dining or catering environments is desirable but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
