Responsibilities include:
Preparing fresh ingredients according to Chick-fil-A recipes and quality standards. Washing, cutting, marinating, and portioning food items for daily operations. Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the prep and storage areas. Following food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times. Stocking and rotating inventory using proper FIFO (First In, First Out) practices. Assisting the kitchen team with prep tasks to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours. Working collaboratively with fellow team members to create a positive and productive work environment. REQUIREMENTS
Available to work early mornings in full-time and part-time roles. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Punctual and able to arrive on time consistently. Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard. Friendly, outgoing attitude with guests and coworkers. Works well with others as part of a team. Able to move easily and keep up in a fast-paced environment. Willing and ready to follow directions and learn new tasks as taught. In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that's all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®.
