of each month. The position is for Food Preparation and Food Running and Dish Station. Which requires you to interact with guests as you deliver their food. And an intimate knowledge of food ingredients, food preparation, plate settings, table numbers, seat numbers, superb etiquette and the ability to cross-train within the kitchen. All positions require the ability to interact directly with guests at any time! A pleasant and courteous demeanor is non-negotiable! Work hours are 2:00 pm until close Monday-Friday, and 9:00 am until close on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays. Payment for 1st month training is $20.00 hour. After training, team member will move into the TIP POOL and receive base pay of $8.00 an hour plus tips . Tips are averaging $13.00 - $18.00 per hour, however this can be much more depending upon our level of business for the month. This is a total for $21.00 to $26.00 per hour and will fluctuate due to business. This amount is prior to taxes, insurance, and 401k/simple IRA. This and all positions require the ability to work as a team with constant verbal communication with a positive attitude!
