Wolfie's is a Chicago-style fast casual concept serving Vienna Beef hot dogs, Italian beef, burgers, and hand-spun shakes — built by a team with deep Chicago roots and decades of restaurant experience. We're hiring both Front of House and Back of House Team Members, full-time and part-time, across a range of positions: cashiers, dining room attendants, drive-thru, dishwashers, cooks, prep, and assemblers. Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Fills the needs of an assigned position — cashier, dining room attendant, drive-thru, dishwasher, cook, prep, or assembler — as scheduled. Prepares and serves menu items according to approved specifications. Provides menu information and suggestions to customers, including explanations of ingredients and preparation methods (FOH positions). Assists with food preparation as directed, operating food production equipment as required to complete tasks (BOH positions). Maintains, cleans, and sanitizes work stations. Cleans and sanitizes dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other containers and returns them to the appropriate location in the kitchen area. Refills condiments or other supplies. Follows all safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations to ensure quality food service. Ensures customer satisfaction with all personal interactions. Handles customer complaints in a diplomatic and courteous manner. Ensures personal compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior food service or restaurant experience is a plus! Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment.
