We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Food Expeditor . In this role, you will ensure the smooth flow of orders between the front-of-house and kitchen teams, helping deliver accurate, high-quality meals to our guests in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the flow of food orders from servers to the kitchen and out to guests. Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly. Assist with final plating and presentation of dishes before they leave the kitchen. Perform quality control checks to ensure food meets the restaurant's standards for accuracy, appearance, and temperature. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to resolve order issues and minimize delays. Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient expo station.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required. A successful Food Expeditor is proactive, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while ensuring every guest receives an exceptional dining experience.
