Back of House Team Member At Chick-fil-A Centre Pointe, our Back of House Team Members are responsible for delivering high-quality food with precision, speed, and consistency. This role is essential to our operation, ensuring every guest receives safe, fresh, and accurate food in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

Prepare, cook, and assemble food according to Chick-fil-A standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality Stock and manage inventory as needed Support team members to keep operations running smoothly
