US Wings & Deli is a South Carolina-based fast-casual restaurant specializing in chicken wings, Philly cheesesteaks, and other customer favorites. We are looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking team members. You will support both front-of-house and kitchen operations to help provide great food and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Greet every customer with a friendly and professional attitude Take customer orders accurately and answer menu questions Operate the cash register and process cash and credit card payments Prepare ingredients and cook food according to restaurant standards Assemble, package, and serve orders accurately and efficiently Communicate customer concerns to the manager or person in charge Maintain positive relationships with guests and coworkers Clean and organize kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas Keep the dining area and restrooms clean and presentable Clear and clean tables, empty trash, and sweep and mop floors Follow all food-safety, health, sanitation, and restaurant policies Complete opening, shift, and closing duties as assigned Perform other reasonable duties assigned by a supervisor This is a hands-on position. Every team member is expected to help wherever needed: prep, cook, serve, clean, and organize. We are looking for someone who works well with others, stays productive during busy periods, and takes pride in providing clean, accurate, and friendly service.
