About the Role We're looking for dedicated and energetic Kitchen Team Members to join our kitchen crew. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, community-driven brew pub. As a member of our kitchen team, you'll assist with food prep, cooking, cleanliness, and day-to-day kitchen operations. We're hiring for grill cooks, fry cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers. If you have kitchen experience, can work independently, or as part of a team, we would love to hear from you. Night and weekend availability is a must.

Our kitchen hours are:

Monday thru Thursday 11a-9p; Friday 11a-10p; Saturday 10a-10p; Sunday 10a - 8p (with kitchen hours starting an hour before open and an hour after close). Hours may change if special events are planned.

Hiring Night and weekend team members. Key Responsibilities Assist with food prep tasks like chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen workspace at all times Wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and dispose of waste properly Work efficiently with team members during busy service hours Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with inventory checks, restocking, and notifying management of shortages Qualifications Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus Understanding of basic food safety practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude Willingness to learn and contribute to a new kitchen operation Availability Wednesday through Sunday preferred (primary kitchen hours) Why Join Us?
