Duties Assist in food preparation, including handling ingredients and operating kitchen equipment safely. Take customer orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick service. Process cash transactions and handle cash register operations with attention to detail. Support upselling efforts by recommending menu items and specials to enhance guest experience. Maintain a clean workspace by following sanitation and food safety standards throughout your shift. Serve food to guests efficiently while providing friendly customer service. Help with retail sales transactions when needed, ensuring smooth operations at the front counter. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude. Experience with food preparation, serving, cashiering, or kitchen operations is a plus.
