Restaurant Crew Member

Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Crew Members to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing food, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and efficient dining environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, strong multitasking skills, and a commitment to food safety and sanitation standards. Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure your success in this fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Duties Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards, including quick service and fast food items. Operate POS systems for order processing, cashiering, and cash handling. Serve customers efficiently with a friendly attitude, ensuring a positive dining experience. Upsell menu items to enhance sales and meet customer needs. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with sanitation and food safety regulations. Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and restocking supplies as needed. Handle food safely during preparation, serving, and storage to meet health standards. Manage basic math calculations for cash transactions and retail math tasks accurately. Support team members during peak hours by performing various roles such as food prep, cashiering, or serving. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or retail environments is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Familiarity with POS systems Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and basic math skills related to sales and cash handling. Experience in culinary arts or kitchen environments is advantageous but not required. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment with a positive attitude.
