Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales, handle cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions smoothly. Assist customers with their orders, upselling additional toppings or treats to enhance their experience. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all food handling and sanitation standards are met consistently. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including freezers, blenders, and other small appliances necessary for food preparation. Manage food safety protocols by adhering to sanitation guidelines and proper food handling procedures. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring quick service during busy periods. Skills Experience in food preparation, food handling, or quick service & fast food restaurant environments. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions accurately. Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently. Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a friendly attitude. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and kitchen equipment operation.
