We're looking for friendly, energetic Team Members to join our crew in Ooltewah! No experience? No problem. We provide paid training and teach you everything you need to know. If you bring a great attitude, we'll bring the rest. What You'll Do Craft the cones — grill fresh dough cones, swirl soft serve, and add toppings that make every dessert Instagram-worthy Welcome our guests — greet everyone with a smile, take orders, and help them find their new favorite treat Keep things moving — work together with your team during busy rushes to serve guests quickly Keep it clean — help maintain a spotless, organized workspace that meets health and safety standards Have fun — bring good energy and be part of a team that enjoys coming to work What We're Looking For A positive, friendly attitude — you enjoy talking with people Reliability — you show up on time and ready to go A team-first mindset — you pitch in wherever you're needed Willingness to learn — no experience required, we'll train you!
