Duties Prepare and assemble food items following established recipes and safety standards to ensure quality and consistency. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing customer orders, sales transactions, and cash handling accurately. Deliver excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, upselling menu items, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and food handling protocols throughout your shift. Manage cash register operations, process cash transactions, and handle retail sales transactions efficiently. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to support food preparation and cooking processes. Assist in training new team members on food preparation, POS systems, and customer service standards to foster a collaborative team environment. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Strong skills in food preparation, food safety management, sanitation, and kitchen operations. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and effective communication abilities. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately. Experience in retail sales transactions, upselling techniques, and cash register operations is a plus.
