If you enjoy cooking for people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment Restock items as needed throughout the shift Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes Skills You like working with fresh ingredients following recipes from scratch Experience with commercial kitchen equipment You thrive off of an energetic kitchen environment that rarely slows down You have an excellent eye for detail, perfect plating, and execution of standards A few years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment would be beneficial The flexibility and availability to work nights, holidays, and/or weekends'
