Kitchen Staff Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients, grill, fry, and assemble K-Style burgers and other menu items. Efficiently multitask in a high-volume kitchen environment. Wash dishes and maintain a clean and organized work area. Maintain food safety standards and practice proper personal hygiene. Present a neat, professional, and well-groomed appearance at all times. Follow all restaurant policies, including attendance and conduct expectations. Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required - we're happy to train motivated individuals!

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older. Valid Food Handler's Certification required. Willingness to take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong team player with effective communication skills. Capable of resolving issues with coworkers or customers when needed. Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays. High sense of urgency and attention to detail. Ability to stand, walk, and lift 21-50 lbs. regularly.
