Kitchen Team Member - Job Description Responsible for preparing and cooking all menu items in accordance with company recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations while maintaining speed, consistency, and cleanliness at all times. Executes daily prep tasks including marination, breading, frying, and assembling orders, ensuring all ingredients are properly labeled, stored, and rotated using FIFO methods. Maintains full control of assigned stations, ensuring they are stocked, organized, and ready for service before, during, and after shifts. Monitors food quality continuously, ensuring proper cook times, temperatures, and presentation standards are met on every order. Works efficiently during peak hours, managing multiple orders under pressure without compromising accuracy or consistency. Follows all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards, including proper handling of raw and cooked products, regular cleaning of equipment and workstations, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times. Communicates clearly with team members and shift leads to ensure smooth kitchen flow and timely order execution. Assists with receiving inventory, restocking supplies, and minimizing waste through proper handling and portion control. Expected to be reliable, punctual, and performance-driven, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail and accountability for their station.
