Job Summary:

The Restaurant Crew Member is responsible for providing friendly customer service, preparing and serving quality food, maintaining a clean and safe restaurant, and supporting the team with daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Prepare and serve food according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, counters, and equipment.
• Restock food, beverages, and restaurant supplies as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Work effectively with other crew members during busy periods.
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
