Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with food service, order taking, and menu inquiries Prepare food items efficiently following safety and sanitation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately Manage customer orders through food handling and food service customer order management systems Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with sanitation standards Handle cash register operations including processing cash transactions and processing payments securely Ensure food safety management by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support quick service delivery Assist in retail sales transactions if applicable, supporting overall restaurant operations Skills Proven experience in food preparation, quick service & fast food restaurant environments, or similar retail settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or equivalent cash register operations Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance sales performance Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and inventory management Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively in a fast-paced setting Previous roles in food service, cafeteria, grocery store, or retail sales are highly valued Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while working in a lively, team-oriented environment!
