Summary We are seeking a cafe associate to join our team at Nourish. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our operations and ensuring a positive experience for our customer. Responsibilities Assist in daily operations including food preparation Provide excellent customer service to customers, addressing their needs promptly Utilize multitasking skills and effective communication Support food handling and safety protocols as necessary within the facility Participate in preparation and packaging of orders Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized environment Requirements Strong customer service skills Basic math proficiency for operational tasks Experience in food handling or safety is preferred but not mandatory Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Culinary skills or experience in a kitchen setting is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train a good attitude!
