Night Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:

Exhibits professionalism.

Prepare food according to work schedules and standardized recipes.

Prepare food using effective time and motion techniques.

Dip food from steam kettle into containers.

Wash pots and pans.

Perform assigned cleanup of kitchen, including equipment and floors.

Lift or carry 1 to 40 lbs. frequently, 41 to 60 lbs. occasionally.

Bend, stoop, and reach above shoulder level occasionally, work with Machinery frequently

Climb ladders, stairs, and ramps occasionally.

Walk frequently and stand continuously.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
