Duties Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales transactions accurately. Manage customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions efficiently. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met through proper handling and storage procedures. Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively to support food preparation tasks. Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Food Handler's Certificate Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a sanitized workspace. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately.
