Team Member Responsibilities:
Willingness to be cross-trained and work in both Front of House and Back of House positions to support overall restaurant operations Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs Be a friendly, encouraging team player Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder Count drawers and finalize day Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members to support efficient restaurant operations Properly handle, prepare, cook and store food according to Chick-fil-A standards and established food safety procedures Follow all Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and restaurant expectations related to food safety, workplace safety, hospitality, and operational excellence
