Job Description
Cascadia Pizza Co. is an American-crafted, wood-fired pizza company that's growing fast! We believe in investing in our people. Your growth and success are at the heart of our team's success. We're looking for a dependable, positive team member to join our pizzeria crew. You'll help with prep, pizza making, and general service duties to keep each shift running smoothly. Prior experience with pizza is preferred. The food truck typically operates in North Dallas with Frisco, TX as our home base, traveling up to 60 miles from Frisco. Candidates must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive directly to designated event locations. Shifts may include both weekdays and weekends; complete shift details and schedules will be published 2 weeks in advance. Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive service to every guest. Take orders accurately on the POS and follow proper cash handling procedures. Support daily FOH and BOH operations, including prep, line work, expo, or running food. Maintain food quality and consistency by following recipes and Cascadia standards. Assist with dough prep/stretching, topping pizzas, managing oven temperature, cooking pies, and assembling orders on expo. Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift. Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety guidelines, including all local and state regulations. Use FIFO rotation and maintain proper storage of ingredients and supplies. Support opening, mid-shift, and closing duties using checklists. Communicate effectively with teammates and leadership to keep service running smoothly. Qualifications Restaurant or pizzeria experience is preferred, but training is provided. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure. Availability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and some holidays as needed. Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay:
$13.00 - $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
