Job Summary:
We're hiring a reliable and hardworking Prep Crew Member to help with daily kitchen prep. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. You'll be responsible for preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean workspace, and supporting the kitchen team.
Hours:
4 am-until complete (Tuesday-Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
Prep ingredients (washing, chopping, portioning) according to daily needs Follow recipes and portion guidelines with accuracy Maintain a clean and organized prep station and kitchen area Ensure all food is stored properly and labeled Support kitchen staff with restocking and basic prep tasks Follow all health and food safety procedures
Requirements:
Dependable and punctual, especially for morning shifts Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Able to lift up to 30 lbs and handle repetitive tasks Previous kitchen or prep experience is a plus (but not required) Must be available to work mornings and/or afternoons Reply with "Coco Shrimp Food Prep" as the email subject.
