We're building our founding team for our new Memorial location, opening fall 2026. As a Back-of-House Team Member, you're the secret ingredient behind every great guest experience. You'll prepare and cook food to our standards, keep the kitchen running smoothly, and help deliver consistently great meals, all while living our core values: caring, life-giving, growth-minded, and reliable. What you'll do

• Prepare and cook food following Honest Mary's recipes and processes for consistency and quality
• Safely operate kitchen equipment like ovens, induction burners, and rice cookers
• Follow Honest Mary's standards along with county health and food safety regulations
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift
• Help receive, store, and organize deliveries
• Support the team during peak hours by following systems and processes with precision
• Work as a team to keep operations and the guest experience running smoothly
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs What we're looking for
• Previous prep cook or line cook experience preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of food safety protocols
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help others
