We're looking for dependable, positive, and hardworking team members to join our new Chinatown location , which is expected to open near the end of October . Before the Chinatown store opens, new team members will complete approximately 2-3 weeks of training at our Sugar Land location . Applicants should be able to commute to Sugar Land during the training period and then transition to the Chinatown location once it opens. Available Shifts We are hiring for both opening and closing shifts:

Opening Shift:

11:00 AM-4:00

PM Closing Shift:

4:00 PM-9:30/10:00 PM Applicants should have consistent availability and be able to work the shifts they are hired for. Position Responsibilities Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks Pack and prepare mochi and other desserts for customers Prepare drinks and serve ice cream Provide friendly and efficient customer service Take customer orders and process payments accurately Handle basic retail math for cash transactions and orders Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace Wash, clean, and sanitize equipment, tools, counters, and work areas Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards Assist with opening or closing duties depending on your scheduled shift Support other team members as needed during busy periods What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Is dependable and consistently arrives on time Has strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation Is friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Works well as part of a team Can follow instructions and learn new tasks Has basic math skills Is willing to receive feedback and improve Can maintain a clean and organized workstation Has a positive attitude and good work ethic Prior restaurant, dessert shop, café, retail, or food-service experience is a plus, but it is not required.
