On-site Job Summary Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen is seeking friendly and dependable Restaurant Team Members to help provide an excellent dining experience. Team members support daily restaurant operations, assist guests, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly customer service. Assist with food and beverage service. Take and accurately communicate guest orders. Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas. Follow food safety and sanitation standards. Assist team members with daily restaurant operations. Restock supplies and maintain work areas. Handle guest questions and requests professionally. Follow company procedures and safety standards. Work efficiently during busy service periods. Requirements Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Friendly, reliable, and positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Ability to stand and move for extended periods. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
