Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional food service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various kitchen duties, including food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. If you have a passion for food and hospitality, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards. Support banquet services by setting up and breaking down event spaces as needed. Buss tables and assist with serving food to guests when required. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Follow all safety procedures related to food handling and kitchen equipment. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking techniques, TOAST POS, and food preparation methods. Must have active food handlers certificate Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Experience in banquet services or hotel kitchens is a plus. A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
