As a Restaurant Team Member, you'll be the heart of our lively dining experience, helping to prepare delicious food, serve guests with enthusiasm, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Duties Prepare and assemble food items following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for customer orders and transactions Manage customer orders efficiently, upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and dining areas regularly Handle cash register operations including processing cash, credit card transactions, and giving accurate change Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food preparation Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction Skills Experience in food preparation, food handling, and food safety management Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales transactions Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced environments effectively Proven ability in upselling menu items to increase sales opportunities Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and inventory counts Knowledge of sanitation standards and maintaining a clean workspace in compliance with health regulations Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued highly Join us today to be part of a dynamic team that celebrates great food, great people, and great moments!
