WHAT IT IS BITES

™ is building an event team for luxury, intimate food experiences, private dinners, celebrations, pop-ups, and special events in the Katy/Houston area. We are looking for a dependable Kitchen / Prep Assistant to help with food preparation and kitchen support before and during events. What You'll Do Assist with basic food preparation, chopping, slicing, portioning, and assembling ingredients Follow recipes and preparation instructions Help with meal prep, food assembly, and plating Keep prep areas, utensils, and equipment clean and organized Follow food safety and sanitation practices Help organize ingredients and supplies before events Assist the kitchen team with keeping food service organized and on schedule Communicate with the Host and event team throughout the event Help with simple kitchen breakdown and cleanup after service What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a kitchen and standing for extended periods Able to follow directions and work as part of a team Good attention to detail Clean, organized, and professional Basic food preparation or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required Catering, restaurant, culinary, or event experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits $125 per completed event Flexible schedule Employee discount on eligible
