Your responsibilities may include:

Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude Take customer orders and process transactions accurately Prepare smoothies, food, and other menu items Follow recipes and Tropical Smoothie Cafe standards Provide excellent customer service and show your Tropitude Prepare ingredients and stock supplies Keep the restaurant, dining area, kitchen, and restrooms clean Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Work together with your team to keep daily operations running smoothly Complete opening, closing, and other assigned duties as needed What We're Looking For We're looking for team members who are: 16 years of age or older Friendly, positive, and dependable Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented and willing to help others Able to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers Willing to learn new skills Reliable and punctual Previous restaurant or customer service experience is not required We'll provide your Tropical Smoothie Cafe T-shirt and visor/cap .
