Spitz Mediterranean is an exciting new concept. Spitz provides one of a kind döner kebab, falafel, salads, bowls, and award-winning fries that are complimented by vibrant bars focused on craft beer, sangria, and artistic cocktails. With an emphasis on ART and colorful atmospheres, Spitz is a place to hang out with friends, and live in the moment. Areas of Responsibility

- Catering Must be passionate about providing service to guests, the best quality food and ensuring each experience is of the highest standard.
- Completing all management duties when running a shift.
- Executing all Spitz Mediterranean operating systems & checklists.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Process orders and make them accurately as per Toast POS tickets.
- Know our menu.
- Help FOH with questions or requests.
- Deliver accurate food orders in every circumstance.
- Prepare food all food orders as per menu as well as incorporate various request of food modifications for guests.
- Clean, cut and prepare vegetables, meats and sauces as per Spitz Mediterranean operating systems.
- Load, stock move and unload supplies from delivery vehicles or within the work area.
- Clean and dry all kinds of kitchen and serving utensils.
- Work in an environment that is up to 100 fahrenheit. Heat sources are Fryers, Broilers, and hot stoves.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Lift weights up to 50 LBS.
- Clean equipment and utensils, remove trash, sweep and mop work area, dust and clean.
- Employees should be able to get Food Handler certification within 7 days of joining.
- Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One-year restaurant experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Pleasant personality.
- Ability to create memorable guest connection with our food and beverages.
- Food Handlers certification is good to have.
- Able to work in shifts and able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Able to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 30lbs as needed.
