Duties Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients according to safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing tasks. Support bussing duties by clearing tables, removing dishes, and resetting dining areas promptly. Handle manual lifting of supplies, ingredients, and equipment following safe lifting practices to prevent injury. Serve food and beverages efficiently during service periods, ensuring guest satisfaction through friendly in-person customer service. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and billing accuracy. Support food running duties by delivering orders from the kitchen to guests swiftly while maintaining quality standards. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations is advantageous. Experience with kitchen operations, including cleaning routines and manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting, is a plus. Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with team members and providing excellent guest services.
