Night Shift Team Member

Wise Street Eats Night Team Member Wise Street Eats is looking for a Night Team Member to join our team. This position is for someone who can handle a fast-paced, high-intensity environment , stay focused under pressure, and bring great energy to every shift. As a Night Team Member, you will be expected to work multiple positions throughout the shift, including food prep, line work, customer service, stocking, cleaning, and closing duties. We are looking for someone who works with integrity , takes pride in quality , and understands the impact they have on the guest experience and the team around them. This role is demanding, but highly rewarding for someone who is dependable, willing to learn, and open to innovation as we continue to improve the way we work and serve our guests. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food according to Wise Street Eats standards
• Work multiple stations as needed during the shift
• Keep the kitchen, dining area, and workstations clean and organized
• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Provide strong service to guests and support your teammates
• Stay productive during slower moments and help wherever needed
• Assist with closing duties at the end of the night
• Communicate clearly with managers and team members during busy shifts What We're Looking For
